SVS
has had a continuing presence in this Visalia retaurant since its
opening in the mid 1990's. The crew of four individuals work carefully and
consistently under
SVS supervising Job Coach Ramona Turner, pictured
above right,
herself a 12-year veteran of the restaurant.
The crew polishes and wraps silverware, oils and dusts the furniture
and woodwork, and cleans the restrooms Monday through Friday for six
hours each day.
If there was ever a long term workforce success story in the high turnover
world of foodservice, this is it.
